There is a long stretch of ocean side PCH between Victoria and Lagunita that is no parking. This is important because there is no sidewalk and the only means of walking from one place to another on this stretch is on the side of PCH. When cars park there, people are forced to go out into the road which is highly dangerous. Unfortunately, the police department is only able to slowly ramp up the new enforcement group and this will take time to have adequate enforcement.
